Past Events: 27th September 2006. AGM at The Residence of the British High Commissioner
The AGM this year was held at the High Commissioner’s Residence, the venue being generously donated by His Excellency, Mr Boyd McCleary., who also hosted the event. Procedings were as usual on such occasions. Details of the new committee can be found on the “Officers” page of this site.
	The Society President for the last two years, Paul Ellis, handing over the reigns to the incoming President for 2006 - 2007, Tony Beadsworth. At the conclusion, members enjoyed a fish and chips supper.

1st November 2006. Trafalgar Dinner at Flagz Restaurant
A most enjoyable evening, made more authentic by the 2 hour power cut. The usual round of toasts were offered to The Sultan of Selangor, The Yang Di Pertuan Agong of Malaysia, The Queen, Ourselves, England and St. George. The Port was passed ceremoniously and the Speech to the Immortal Memory was given by Lt Cmdr Andrew Horner, RN, our guest of honour for the evening. Paul Ellis read Nelson’s Prayer.
