We are a small committee, formed to run and promote the society in Malaysia. Our team manages the events, membership subscriptions and day to day administration to ensure we provide the interesting and varied activities to our loyal members.
Our AGM is held during May each year; members are entitled to vote on Society matters.
President
Geoff Siddle
Geoff Siddle was born in a sleepy village called Chappell just outside Colchester. By 5 years of age he was already living abroad as his parents moved to Kuwait in the early ‘70s. A couple of years later the Siddles moved to Hong Kong for work & school. Apart from some years at boarding school in Norfolk Geoff has basically been in Asia for the last 50 years.
Hospitality was his calling and has owned and operated pubs and restaurants across Asia for the last 37 years, his current group is Sid’s Pubs which has been running for 18 years in Malaysia.
A keen rugby supporter & traveller he’s always available for something social. With that he looks forward to enhancing the Society as best he can.

Charlie Chelliah
Charlie is International Vice President of Mobberley Cricket Club of Cheshire, Full Member of Marylebone Cricket Club, and Past President of the Royal Selangor Club. He was the first Chief Executive of the Malaysian Cricket Association. Professionally involved with shipbroking, International Air freight and latterly in the quarry and construction industry. Charlie is currently serving as an Advisor to a public listed company .

Mathew Tate
Mathew joined the St Georges committee to assist with the maintenance and digitalisation of the society, building on an already strong foundation - he will seek to help modernise the society and assist with it's growth.
Mathew has an extensive career in finance and technology spanning 20 years, he hopes to bring some of that expertise to the society. His area of expertise is primarily corporate advisory and asset management.
